    LEAD PASTORS

    Taylor & Noelle Murray grew up at RLC, having met in the youth group in high school. Upon graduating from Portland Bible College, they returned home to serve in youth & worship ministry. After nearly 15 years on staff, Taylor & Noelle were set in as Lead Pastors on March 3rd, 2024, receiving the baton from Pastor Steve & Tina, who pioneered and led Real Life Church for 26 years. Both have spent their lives loving and serving the local church, and they plan to spend the rest of their lives building it.


    Together they have 3 kids: Hayden, Jude & Lennon.

    LEADERSHIP
    We are a pastor-led, staff-run and elder-governed church. Our board includes a group of overseers (elders) and advisors for fiscal guidance (business board). Together they help our pastors steward the church wisely and honorably.

    NETWORK
    As a church and pastoral team, we are members of MFI (Ministers Fellowship International). MFI is a global network of Spirit-filled churches and pastors. MFI has planted hundreds of  Spirit-filled churches around the world and continues to today.
