Who this is for: 
Those graduating high school or college - anyone looking to take a year to pursue God's call and develop their leadership.


Program Duration:
10 Months (August 2, 2026 — June 6, 2027)

Program cost includes tuition, conferences, retreats and other experiences.

Pastor Josh Ambrose - Director

Pastor Josh is our Formations & Discipleship Pastor at Real Life since 2025, but he has been a part of the RLC family for over 12 years! Pastor Josh himself was an intern at RLC, and has participated in internships at other churches as well, and believes he is going to bring the best of his experiences to this program.

When he isn't pastoring, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Leah, who is on staff as our Children's Pastor, and walking their dog Peanut!
