WHAT IS A SERVE TEAM?

Serve Teams are what make up Real Life Church all 7 days a week! We’ve organized our teams into four different quadrants: Guest Experience, Worship & Production, Next Generations, and Campus & Ministries. Within each quadrant, there are multiple teams you can be a part of!


HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

Easy! Each quadrant has its own form. Feel free to fill out one or all four forms depending on the teams you’re interested in serving with.


WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER I FILL OUT THE FORM?

Once you submit a form, you’ll be contacted by the leader who oversees that team. They’ll connect with you about opportunities to shadow, get trained, and officially join the team!


WHAT IF I ALREADY SERVE ON A TEAM?

If you already serve on a team, there’s no need to fill out another form unless you’re interested in joining a new team. If so, feel free to complete the form for the additional team you’d like to be a part of!



SERVE QUADRANTS

Serve teams are divided into four main quadrants! Learn more about each quadrant below, and then click on the buttons below to join a team!


Guest Experience

These teams are Sunday-facing teams that serve guests as they walk into the building on Sunday mornings. From parking lot greetings to helping guests find their seats, these teams help create a welcoming and life-giving first impression.


Worship & Production

These teams help make our Sunday services happen! From worship and audio to lighting, cameras, and production, these teams support everything that takes place within the sanctuary and production suite.



Next Generations

These teams are focused on the next generation. Kids Ministry teams serve on Sunday mornings, while Youth and Young Adults teams serve on Thursday and Sunday nights, helping students encounter God and build community.


Campus & Ministries

These teams go beyond Sunday mornings and serve throughout the week. From outreach opportunities to behind-the-scenes ministry support, these teams help make ministry happen beyond the walls of the church.
